These terms apply to the Tempus Arcanum app and watch faces published by Bicher09 on Google Play. By using them you agree to these terms and to the Google Play Terms of Service.

1. The faces and the app

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to install and use our watch faces on your own devices. The art, animations, lettering and code remain ours or our licensors'. Please do not copy, resell or redistribute the faces or their pictures.

The collection changes over time: we add faces, improve them, and occasionally retire one (for example, for a technical or legal reason). A face already on your watch keeps working as long as your watch supports it.

2. Free faces and Premium

• Some faces are free. Premium opens every face in the catalog, including new ones, for as long as it is active.
• Premium is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time purchase that does not expire. Prices are shown in the app before you buy, in your currency, including any taxes Google Play applies.
• Payments are processed by Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions; Premium then stays until the end of the period you paid for.
• Free trials or introductory prices, when offered, are described in the app; a trial turns into a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.
• Refunds follow Google Play's refund policies. If something went wrong with a purchase, write to us and we will help.
• The one-time purchase gives Premium for as long as we run the Tempus Arcanum service.

3. Compatibility

The faces need a watch with Wear OS 6 or later and the Tempus Arcanum app on a paired Android phone. Some faces show data your watch provides (steps, battery, weather); availability depends on your watch.

4. Fair use

Do not try to get around Premium, share purchase tokens, overload our servers, or reverse-engineer our services. We may block access that abuses them.

5. No warranty

The faces and the app are provided "as is". We work hard to make them reliable and kind to your battery, but we cannot promise they will be free of errors on every device. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages; nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

6. Trademarks

Wear OS and Google Play are trademarks of Google LLC. Tempus Arcanum is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Google, by any watch maker, film studio or other brand.
